Fully automatic 5-axis CNC machining center for machining PVC profiles (aluminum optional). The machine is equipped with innovative processing options, can be used flexibly and is easy to operate. The machine has an automatic profile feed unit with a gripper arm controlled by a linear motor that feeds the multi-spindle machining unit. A screwing unit for the reinforcing steel is available as an option and is installed in front of the processing unit. This enables the complete processing of the PVC and steel profiles without downtime. The finished profiles are removed by an automatic unloading unit. The software developed by GRAF Synergy enables an optimal workflow, so that the operator only has to feed and remove the material from the machine.

Loading unit

• Maximum capacity of 10 profile bars
• Maximum profile dimensions in automatic mode: length=3500mm, width=140mm, height=150mm (optionally up to 180mm)
• Minimum profile dimensions in automatic mode: length=350mm, width=40mm, height=40mm
• Possible cutting angles to be picked up by the gripper: 90°- 45° and any angle up to 30°
• The gripper moves on the X-axis with a linear motor and prism guide. The positioning takes place via a magnetic tape

Machining and screwing unit

• Two opposing screw units with an optional automatic screw feed unit
• Five (optionally up to eleven) electronic spindles with 24 rpm.
• The arrangement of the spindles enables simultaneous processing of both sides of the profile
• The processing unit (Y and Z axis) is moved by brushless motors
• All guide systems are equipped with ball bearings to ensure quick and clean processing

Unloading station

• Movable unloading station with gripper
• Removal station with safety light barrier
• Maximum capacity of the unloading magazine: 20 pieces (extension optionally possible)
• Connection to an automatic profile storage system is optionally possible
