The SLFF-5TV is a very high precision system, more than a welder. It is a real production center, a complete machine, allowing the simultaneous welding of the two outer corners and the inner transom (up to 3 pieces) in one cycle.

It is a line of 5 heads specially designed for markets where "V" fixtures: the corners of the profile are welded at 90° > while thanks to the 3 modern central heads, the crossbeams are joined with V-welding.

Innovative technology: It is possible to weld both the 2 external corners of the element and 1, 2 or 3 imposts at the same time.

Possibility of welding profiles covered with any type of film or material such as: B. anodized aluminum, painted aluminum, painted Pvc, with natural wood or acrylic coated Pvc.

Time and cost reduction : No rework, no re-cleaning, no re-painting is required after welding. Therefore, the corner cleaner or a turning station is not needed.

Work reduction: Since the corners do not need to be reworked, only 1 operator is required to load the profiles, moreover it is an active welding system, the operator can intervene in advance on the expected final result .

Solves the problem of profile tolerances: It has a special automatic calibration system that allows you to compensate for profile tolerances
