The world's first and only 8 CNC head welder that completely removes the weld edge from the corner, allowing you to obtain Pvc windows with consistent quality and superior aesthetics.

The natural evolution of the 4-head SL4-FF Evo, thanks to the additional heads, allows the simultaneous welding of the 4 corners of a pvc element with 2 crossbars (butt welding), without replastering or repainting is required (patented seamless welding).

Time and space reduction: In one cycle the 4 corners are butt welded at 45° and 2 cross pieces at 90° mode simultaneously.

Cost Reduction: No cleaning or retouching is required after welding and therefore no cleaning machine or rotary table is required.

Fewer workers: With no need for post-processing of the corners, only 1 operator is needed to load the profiles.

Possibility of welding profiles covered with any type of film or material such as: B. anodized aluminum, painted aluminum, painted Pvc, with natural wood or acrylic coated Pvc.

Solves the problem of profile tolerances: It has a special automatic calibration system that allows you to compensate for profile tolerances.
