The Corner Crimping Machine EVP 350 HP, with high hydropneumatic crimping power, is adjustable easy and fast about scale for all common profiles and corner joints. The disapearing thrust bearing enables free working before the crimping act.
The automatic centering of the profiles, occurs through the pneumatic drive up of the thrust bearing and avoids mistakes during the cripming act. Two clamp cylinders with white rubberbuffers fasten and protect the profiles after the input of the corner angles before the crimping act.
Two inside- bedstop distances at the thrust bearing are adjustable particular in the height, according to the profile up to 120 mm. Surface covered with „Perdinax“ to protect the profile of scratches. The surface of the two swivelling support arms are also covered with Perdinax. The operation „Clamp/ Press“ occurs through two feet valves, which are mounted and fixed at a sheet metal with transport handhold.
The maintenance unit protects the pneumatic of condensate. Basic equipment includes three sets of pressing knives with magnetic adoption. Each with two knives 3mm, 5mm and 7mm
